DADS 101 RETURN POLICY

Our promise to you is this. ALL our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product please return it within 90 days from the date of purchase.

To return your merchandise within the time frame (90 days from purchase date), simply email us at sales@dads101.com for your Return Good Authorization(RGA) number. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Original Sales Order number
  • Date of purchase.

We will then email you an RGA number. Once you have received an RGA number from us, simply return the merchandise via regular parcel post, prepaid to DADS 101 MULTIMEDIA GROUP. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will reimburse you for the returned merchandise and return shipping costs.

Please ensure that the RGA number is documented on the out side of the returning parcel and include a copy of the RGA email with the goods being returned.

DADS 101 is not responsible for misdirected, lost or stolen goods.
